THE IRON CACTUS – WAIVER, RELEASE & PHOTO CONSENT

Please read carefully. By signing, you acknowledge and accept the following terms:

1. Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Risk
I understand that my participation in activities at or organized by The Iron Cactus is voluntary and undertaken entirely at my own risk. These activities include, but are not limited to: yoga classes, saunas, red light therapy, frequency/vibroacoustic bed sessions, salt room sessions, chromotherapy, massage, reiki, health coaching, events, workshops, classes, hikes (on or off property), and any other services or activities offered.

I acknowledge that participation may involve physical exertion, exposure to heat/cold, and other inherent risks which could result in injury, illness, property damage, emotional distress, or, in rare cases, death. I accept full responsibility for my participation and any resulting outcomes.

2. Release of Liability
In consideration for being permitted to participate, I hereby release, waive, and forever discharge The Iron Cactus, its owners, members, employees, contractors, instructors, volunteers, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of or related to my participation — including those resulting from ordinary negligence — to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3. Medical Authorization & Responsibility
I certify that I am physically able to participate in the activities I choose. In the event of an emergency, I authorize The Iron Cactus staff to seek and arrange appropriate medical assistance for me. I accept full financial responsibility for any costs incurred as a result of medical treatment. I understand that I am responsible for carrying my own health insurance.

4. Photo/Video & Social Media Release
I grant permission for The Iron Cactus to photograph and/or video record me during any class, session, or event, and to use these images or recordings for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and print materials. I understand that these images may be used publicly without compensation.

5. Acknowledgment & Agreement
I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this Waiver and Release of Liability. I understand that this agreement is binding today and for all future visits, events, or activities — both on and off property — unless revoked by me in writing.
