Kids Yoga, Drop in 45-Minute Class
This 45-minute class is intended for 3-10 year olds. (not a hard stop on ages) They will strengthen their bodies through yoga poses as well as play fun yoga games. They will also learn mindfulness activities, useful breathing exercises and relaxation/visualization techniques. All of this happens while having fun, laughing, and fostering their imaginations. Taught by a mom of two. (1 year expiration)
